Cancellation by us

ETRS reserves the right to modify or cancel any event relating to the 2025 Conference, if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event, we shall inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided to us and you will be refunded minus costs inherent to the cancellation policy of the event venue.

Cancellation by you

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellations made before 1st July 2025 are refunded at 90%, cancellations made before 1st August 2025 are refunded at 50%.
Any cancellations made after 1st August 2025 will incur a full charge. By registering for the Conference, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation policy.

Photography, video and audio recordings

The ETRS 2025 Conference event may be photographed or video- and audio recorded. These materials will only be used for internal and external promotional purposes by the organisers.

If you object to appearing in the photographs, please let us know in advance by email to info@etrs2025.eu.

Insurance

When registering for ETRS 2025 Conference, delegates agree that the organisation is not responsible for any individual medical, travel or personal insurance.
