Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Cardiff University’s Centre for Student Life is centrally located, with hotels in easy walking distance.
There are a large number of options for your stay in Cardiff during the ETRS 2025 Conference to suit all budgets.
3* and 4* hotels with discount
The Conference Organisers have negotiated discounted rates for delegates with the following 3* and 4* hotels, which will be available during Conference registration on a first come, first served basis

Please note that Cardiff can be quite busy at times, particularly when there are other events taking place in the city, and accommodation prices may escalate accordingly.
