Register for the Meeting
To register for the meeting, please follow these instructions:
You can register only one participant at a time. If you wish to register additional participants, you must repeat the registration process.
Begin by clicking the “Register Here” button. Next, select your desired ticket type. By default, only 3-day tickets are displayed. If you prefer to attend only on a specific day, use the “Filter by date” drop-down menu to make your selection. If you wish to join the conference dinner on Thursday evening, you can choose this option on the same page.
After selecting your ticket, click the “add to event cart” button. A pop-up message will appear; click on “Proceed to registration.” You will be directed to the registration page, where you must complete the registration form. Remember to provide your address details if you require an invoice. If you are a Young Investigator (under 35 years old) and wish to attend the free YI Pre-Conference day, please indicate this on the form.
After completing the form, click “Proceed to Payment Options.” Next, click “Proceed to Finalize Registration” and follow the instructions to process your payment. Once this is done, your registration will be complete. To obtain an invoice, click on “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” and download the invoice.
You will receive three emails; one of them will contain the check-in tickets. Remember to bring these tickets to the meeting.
Take advantage of discounted combination tickets if you are not an ETRS member yet! The ticket for registration + membership fee is cheaper than a non-member rate!
The Member Tickets are reserved for members of ETRS or WHS.
Proof of student status must be submitted during registration
Registration is dependent on the country in which an individual currently resides and not on nationality. Individuals residing in countries listed below are eligible for emerging country fees.
(In Europe) Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal, Ukraine, (In the Americas) Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, (In Asia-Pacific) Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea (North), Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Laos, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, The Philippines, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, (In Africa) all African countries.
