2 Proof of student status must be submitted during registration
3 Registration is dependent on the country in which an individual currently resides and not on nationality. Individuals residing in countries listed below are eligible for emerging country fees.
(In Europe) Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal, Ukraine, (In the Americas) Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, (In Asia-Pacific) Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea (North), Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Laos, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, The Philippines, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, (In Africa) all African countries.
4 ETRS Industry Members have the right to register max. 3 people at member rates.
Bursaries
ETRS will make bursaries available to Early Career Researchers (within 5 years of them obtaining their PhDs) and PhD students. The bursaries will cover registration fee (early bird rate only) at the ETRS 2025 meeting.
In respect of the bursaries:
The applicant must register (and hence pay) for the meeting prior to the early bird deadline, and submit an abstract. The applicant must then apply for a bursary by mail to office@etrs.org. A committee will decide who receive a bursary. Unsuccessful applicants will not be given the opportunity to withdraw from the conference.
An applicant must be an ETRS member at the time of application for the bursary.
